Welcome to Pro Cal's customer portal. Below are instructions on how to place an order for products specific to your account with us. For technical support, please send your question with details to email@example.com. Access to the portal is available by contacting your Pro Cal sales representative at 704-795-6090.
Upon login, you will be directed to a list of products available to your account. From here you can search for a specific product number or name, or advance through the list by clicking the arrows at the top or bottom of the page. After running a search, use the "Clear Results" button to clear the search form and return to the list of items.
Below each product number you will find the price based on purchasing one unit. Quantity discounts will apply in certain cases and can be viewed on the product detail page. Discounts are configured into the cart. To go to a product's detail page, click on its image thumbnail or product number.
On the product detail page, you can add a product to your cart, see pricing as well as quantity discounts and view a detailed image of the product. To add the item to your cart, input the quantity you would like and click "Add to Cart."
In the cart, you will find options to change the number of the items you would like to order (under "Quantity") or to remove the item from the cart (by clicking on the corresponding checkbox). You must click "Update" to save these changes in the cart before proceeding. To view a detailed image of any item you place in the cart, click the thumbnail beside its name.
Add a date for delivery to your location by clicking in the field beside "Date Needed By" and choosing a date from the popup calendar. You may add a different date to each item in your cart. However, you must click "Update" to save the date for each product added to the cart before proceeding. Please allow 7 business days for production and shipment.
To place additional products in your cart, click "Continue Shopping" to return to the list of products in your account. Follow the previous steps. Once finished adding items to your cart, click "Checkout" to go to the checkout form.
Next, complete the required fields of the checkout form and click "Checkout." An area to upload a billing document, compressed image or other small file has been provided. Please email large files, such as artwork, to your Pro Cal representative.
The next screen is the order confirmation page. Please review your order carefully and click "Submit Order" to place your order or "Modify" to modify the checkout form. You cannot add items to your cart from this page; however, once you submit the order, you can place another order on the checkout success page (see final screenshot below).
On the checkout success page, you can place another order, log out of our customer order portal or visit our homepage at www.procal1.com. You will receive a confirmation with order details at the billing email address entered upon checkout.
At this time, shipping and tax are not included in the order total. You will receive a separate bill with these totals. However, you can track your shipments and see your order history by logging into the portal and clicking "My Order History" in the top navigation bar.
