Welcome to Pro Cal's online ordering portal for Suddath customers. Below are instructions on how to request an estimate or place an order for products specific to your account with us. Access to the portal is available by contacting Matt Gunning at 904-394-4642 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Upon login, you will be directed to a landing page with the option to request an estimate or place an order for Suddath, United Van Lines, Mayflower and UniGroup Logistics companies. A copy of an estimate (received via email from the portal or from a Pro Cal representative) is required to place an order. After choosing one of the above options, click on a company's corresponding button to view a list of products specific to that company.
From the product list, you can search for a specific product number or name, or scroll through the list. (Advance through long lists by clicking the arrows at the top or bottom of the page.) After running a search, use the "Clear Results" button to clear the search form and return to the list of items.
For your convenience, links to product lists per company are available on the right above the list. Beside each product number you will find the price based on purchasing one unit, a thumbnail image of the product and buttons to request a quote or place an order.
On the estimate detail page, you can add a product to your estimate, see pricing as well as estimated shipping and view a detailed image of the product. To add the product to your estimate, input the quantity you would like and click "Create Estimate."
On the next page, you will find options to change the quantity of the line item you just added to your estimate or remove it completely from the estimate. You must click "Update" to save these changes before proceeding. You may also clear your entire estimate and start over.
To add products to your estimate, click "Add Product" to return to the list of products in your account and follow the previous steps. Next, complete the contact and shipping form fields and click "Complete Estimate" at the bottom of the page. If your shipping address is not listed in the shipping location dropdown, please choose "See Comments" and then enter the new shipping address in the "Comments" field.
After completion, you will receive an email summary of your estimate at the email address entered earlier. The subject of this email contains your "Estimate Number." Please copy this number and enter it into the provided field during checkout. Best practice is to upload ONE document containing a copy of BOTH your estimate AND your PO, as an estimate and a valid PO are required for order approval by the Suddath corporate office.
On the product detail page, you can add a product to your cart, see pricing and view a detailed image of the product. To add the item to your cart, input the quantity you would like and click "Add to Cart."
In the cart, you will find options to change the number of the items you would like to order (under "Quantity") or to remove the item from the cart (by clicking on the corresponding checkbox). You must click "Update" to save these changes in the cart before proceeding. To view a detailed image of any item you place in the cart, click the thumbnail beside its name.
Add a Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and a date for delivery to your location by clicking in the related fields. If entering multiple unit numbers, please use a comma to separate them. Clicking in the date field will activate a popup calendar from which to choose the delivery date. You may add a different VIN or date to each item in your cart. However, you must click "Update" to save the VIN and date for each product added to the cart before proceeding. Please allow two weeks for production and shipment.
To place additional products in your cart, click "Continue Shopping" to return to the list of products in your account. Follow the previous steps. Once finished adding items to your cart, click "Checkout" to go to the checkout form.
Next, complete the required fields of the checkout form and click "Checkout." A PO number as well as a copy of the PO document AND estimate are required by Suddath's corporate office. An area to upload a document containing BOTH the PO and estimate has been provided. Please email large files, such as artwork, to your Pro Cal representative. If your shipping address is not listed in the shipping location dropdown, please choose "See Comments" and then enter the new shipping address in the "Comments" field.
The next screen is the order confirmation page. Please review your order carefully and click "Submit Order" to place your order or "Modify" to modify the checkout form. You cannot add items to your cart from this page; however, once you submit the order, you can place another order on the checkout success page (see final screenshot below).
On the checkout success page, you can place another order, log out of the Suddath order portal or visit our homepage at www.procal1.com. You will receive a confirmation with order details at the billing email address entered upon checkout. Please note: All orders containing Suddath logos and graphics must be approved by corporate. You will be notified via email upon approval.
At this time, shipping and tax are not included in the order total. You will receive a separate bill with these totals. However, you can track your shipments and see your order history by logging into the portal and clicking "My Order History" in the top navigation bar.
