Where are your items made?
Our items are handmade in North Carolina USA.
What are your items made of?
Our standard items are made out of (PETG) Acrylic, Poly Cotton Blend Canvas, Aluminum Composite Material and Wood.
Will I be able to hang them?
Yes, our items come with a hanging wire, stand-offs, saw tooth hangers, or floating frame.
What sizes do you offer?
We offer a few sizes. The best way is to preview them with your photo. Here are some common options:
10”x10”, 12”x12”,16”x20”, 30” x 20” and 36”x24”
What payment options do you offer?
We accept all major credit cards.
Is shopping with you secure?
Yes. We use a trusted third-party payment processor (https://autorize.net) is used by 430,000 businesses and process $149 billion in payments.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to change or cancel your order.
How do I change shipping address?
Please contact us at email@example.com if you need to change your shipping address. Once your order ships we will be unable to make any changes.
There is an unwanted object in my photo, can you photoshop it out for me?
We currently do not offer photo editing, so your finished print will look exactly like the preview that you receive in the order confirmation email.
Can you add a label to my print?
We do not currently have an option to add labels. However, if this is a gift you can include a gift note with your frame so the recipient will know who it is from.
How long do orders generally take?
Because each Pro Cal item is individually handmade, they take a couple of business days to assemble. Orders generally leave our location within 3-4 business days. Most shipments are sent via UPS/Fed-Ex Ground, but they can take longer to remote areas. As soon as your order leaves we will send tracking information.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our hands.
Where do you ship?
Currently Procal1 ships to all 50 US states.
Can you expedite my shipment?
We offer expedited production and shipping as an option on most items. At checkout you may review estimated delivery dates. If you have any questions, please reach out to us.
My item is damaged
Oh no! We are sorry that you have received a damaged item! We inspect each item before shipping, but damages can occur in transit. Please send a picture of the broken item to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange a replacement for you.
What is your return policy?
Since each Pro Cal item is individually hand-made we ca not offer blanket returns for change of mind. We try to print every image as true to the original that we receive. If for any reason you are unhappy with your Pro Cal item, please contact email@example.com and we will try to remedy the situation.

How to View Image Dimensions On Your Device
- Windows PC: Right-click on the image file and then select “Properties.” Go to the “Details” tab to see the image dimensions.
- Mac: Right-click on the image file and then select “Get Info.” Look below “More Info” tab to see the image dimensions.
- Android Phone: Save the image to your phone. Tap on the image in your photo gallery or album. Select the three dots at the top, then select ‘Details.‘
